Work With Us

Dcode was founded on the belief that technology can improve the way our government operates. We do our best to further this belief through two core business units: a tech accelerator that teaches private-sector firms how to work with the federal government, and a training unit that teaches executive-level federal staff how to leverage modern business practices and emerging technologies to foster innovation within their department and agency.

We believe that bringing together our community of industry partners, innovative technology firms, and government stakeholders will help drive government into the future. You’ll fit right in if you bring a jet pack of motivation, strong organizational and analytical skills, an appetite for changing the world, and a track record of success.

Dcode is always looking for driven individuals who share our passion for technology, a belief in the mission, and the hunger for a challenge. Ideal candidates are ones who aren’t afraid to try new ideas, take risks, and are excited to make a difference.
